Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.
- Advanced expertise with Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and/or Jamf.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (AD, Azure AD, Conditional Access).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed; participation in on-call rotation required.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern device management and zero touch deployment strategies.
- Background supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or other DaaS platforms.
- PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
- Experience coaching or mentoring team members., * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple initiatives.
Benefits & conditions
Invenergy follows a hybrid schedule, working in office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays if work permits., $118,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD Annual Bonus: 20% - 30%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education and skills.
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
