Requirements

6 years of experience in IT engineering

5+ years of experience in enterprise desktop or end-user computing roles, including leadership responsibilities
Deep hands-on knowledge of Windows in large enterprise environments
Expert-level experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune
Strong understanding of VDI and remote computing technologies
Automation and scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies
Strong endpoint security and desktop networking knowledge
Experience leading enterprise testing strategies, pilot programs, and vendor technical evaluations
Leadership experience supporting thousands of endpoints across multiple locations and hybrid work models
Direct experience with modern endpoint initiatives such as Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, Intune-first strategies, or major OS migrations
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, Windows OS deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
Software distribution, patching, compliance, and co-management experience
Experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune
Knowledge of Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, or similar virtual desktop technologies
PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting and automation skills
Experience with zero-touch provisioning and configuration management
Knowledge of endpoint security including encryption, EDR, identity, and hardening
Understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP
Experience leading technical teams in large-scale enterprise environments
Experience with POCs and data-driven platform and tooling recommendations
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience improving end-user computing through automation, analytics, or modern support models
