Job description

• Analyze system requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Participate in test planning, design, and review sessions.
• Assist in the preparation and management of test environments and test data.
• Executing both manual and automated testing.
• Identify, document, and monitor software defects through resolution. Work closely with the Application Delivery team to effectively communicate defects and validate corrections.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that established compliance, control, and service quality standards are achieved.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and summary reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance during all testing activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing, including both manual and automated approaches. Experience with test planning, design, execution, and reporting is essential.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar), and an understanding of test automation concepts. Ability to work with multiple test environments, manage testing data, and perform troubleshooting.
• Ability to create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and summary reports.
• Capable of analyzing system requirements, identifying test scenarios, and developing comprehensive and well-structured test cases.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills necessary to work closely with the Application Delivery team, supporting defect resolution and validation of corrections.
• Knowledge of company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Commitment to ensuring compliance in all testing activities.
• Willingness to contribute to testing methodology and process enhancements, and to participate in initiatives that drive organizational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges and technologies.
