Job description
In the role of IT Rotational Program Professional working in Milwaukee, WI you will work in Milwaukee, WI corporate office. You will be part of a structured 2-year program designed to provide you with exposure to various facets of information technology as part of our Global Enterprise Modernization (GEM) program.
The length of each assignment varies, with no less than six months per rotation. You will gain skills and knowledge such as program management supported by Jira and Power BI, exposure to MCBC’s supply chain technology on the SAP S/4 platform, data visualization / analytic tools, and cyber security practices,
This program aims to equip you with both breadth and depth in our industry that could put you years ahead of peers in traditional industry work, easing the transition into early career level roles today while laying the groundwork for long-term growth at Molson Coors.
This position reports to the Enterprise Architect and will work across IT and closely with the program management office on various activities.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
· Coordinate day-to-day program activities across IT initiatives that support commercial, brewery, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions within a beverage company.
· Support program planning by maintaining project schedules, milestone trackers, action item logs, decision records, risks, issues, and dependencies.
· Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, document follow-ups, and help ensure owners complete actions on time.
· Partner with IT program managers, project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and functional workstream leads to collect updates and communicate progress.
· Assist with status reports, dashboards, and executive-ready materials that summarize program health, key risks, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones.
· Maintain consistent program documentation, communication routines, and governance practices across technology workstreams.
· Support implementation readiness activities, including stakeholder coordination, training logistics, cutover planning support, and hypercare tracking as needed.
· Identify opportunities to improve coordination, reporting, and team ways of working while helping create structure around complex cross-functional efforts.
Requirements
· You have a bachelor’s degree with in technology such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) OR equivalent experience in project or program management.
· You have strong organizational skills and can synthesize detailed information, help teams prioritize effectively, and drive timely delivery.
· You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities.
· You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
· You take accountability for results - acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
· You have a thirst for learning - you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.
Benefits & conditions
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $58,700.00 - $77,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
