Job description

Insight Global is looking for an Epic Beacon Analyst who understands the complexity of oncology care delivery and the technology that supports it. The ideal candidate has experience supporting oncology workflows from diagnosis through treatment, including infusion, chemotherapy management, scheduling, lab coordination, radiology integration, billing, and inpatient oncology services. Candidates with Beacon build experience, infusion center support, radiation oncology integrations, or experience with Aria, Gamma Knife, and BrainLab will be highly attractive. They need someone who can bridge clinical oncology operations and technical application support while optimizing workflows across multiple oncology systems and ensuring a seamless experience for both providers and patients.

Requirements

  • Epic Beacon Certification * 3+ years of Epic analyst, oncology IT, or healthcare application support experience * Strong understanding of oncology workflows and cancer center operations * Experience supporting chemotherapy, infusion, treatment plans, oncology orders, and clinical workflows * Understanding of oncology integration points including scheduling, lab, radiology, billing, and inpatient workflows * Experience with Epic build, workflow analysis, configuration, testing, and optimization * Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills * Ability to gather requirements and translate operational oncology needs into technical solutions * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience supporting radiation oncology systems such as Aria * Experience with Gamma Knife or BrainLab applications * Oncology clinical operations or cancer center experience * Experience supporting infusion centers and treatment scheduling workflows * Experience supporting systems outside of Epic * 2+ years of project management experience * Experience with oncology research, protocols, or treatment regimen build
