Job description

We’re looking for an experienced L2 IT Support Engineer to support our fast-growing San Francisco office. You’ll be the face of IT for employees onsite - handling walk-up support, working the ticket queue, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly across a primarily macOS environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate independently, take ownership of issues end to end, and thrive in a high-growth environment where priorities move quickly.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience, with at least some time at an L2/escalation level * Strong macOS support skills; working Windows knowledge a plus * Proven customer-facing experience supporting both a digital ticket queue and in-person walk-up support * Experience with Okta (or a comparable IdP), specifically application and group assignments * Experience with MDM platforms and zero-touch deployment - Jamf or JumpCloud strongly preferred * Enterprise-level Google Workspace administration experience (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, security controls) * Basic network troubleshooting skills, or hands-on experience with HPE Networking Instant On, Cisco Meraki, or Ubiquiti * Experience supporting a fast-growing or scaling office environment * Scripting or automation exposure (Bash, zsh, or similar) * Familiarity with A/V and conference room support * Relevant certifications (Jamf 100/200, Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA A+/Network+, Okta Certified Professional)
