Sr. Fullstack Developer/Lead

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Application Developer / Lead to support an application development initiative for United Airlines. This individual will help lead architecture and technical design efforts while remaining hands-on with development activities. They will mentor engineering teams, establish development standards, oversee code quality, and drive implementation of scalable AWS-based solutions. The role will work closely with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient applications utilizing modern engineering practices, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted development tools

• 7+ years of software engineering experience including leadership/mentorship responsibilities * Strong backend development experience using .NET and REST APIs * Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS * Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code * Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization * Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions, performing code reviews * Angular experience * Terraform experience * Experience utilizing AI for enhancing coding process * Kafka, Solace, or other event-driven messaging platforms * AWS certifications
