Job description
Join a newly created, high-impact role supporting one of CBRE’s clients in thefinancial services sector. This positionwas established to elevate reporting, analytics, and data-drivendecision-making across the account. WhileCincinnati is the preferred location, we are open to remote candidates.
As a CBRE Business Intelligence Manager, you will leadefforts to consolidate, create, integrate, and manage data across multiplelines of business, transforming information into meaningful insights for bothCBRE and the client. You will overseedata integration, operational reporting, dashboard development, ad hocanalysis, and data management initiatives that enhance visibility, improveperformance, and support strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in advancing theaccount’s reporting and analytics capabilities, delivering deeper clientinsights and driving continuous improvement through data.
This position is part of CBRE’s Data Science &Analytics function, focused on leveraging data to improve businesseffectiveness, uncover trends, and support informed decision-making across theenterprise.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead efforts to consolidate, integrate, and maintain client data within CBRE platforms, ensuring accurate, consistent, and actionable information that supports business decision-making.
- Oversee data management initiatives, including data validation, integration, transformation, and ongoing maintenance of reporting datasets.
- Partner with account stakeholders, platform teams, and business leaders to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities across the portfolio.
- Develop and enhance dashboards, operational reports, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses that provide deeper visibility into portfolio performance and client outcomes.
- Prepare and present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders, translating complex data into meaningful business actions.
- Collaborate with technology and cross-functional teams to implement data solutions, enhance system capabilities, and streamline reporting processes.
- Monitor reporting performance, measure business results against key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data, reporting, and process-related issues, driving continuous improvement across reporting and analytics functions.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects and coordinate resources across business, technology, and operational teams to support analytics and reporting objectives.
- Coordinate day-to-day reporting and analytics activities, establish priorities, and ensure the successful delivery of data management and business intelligence initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small analytics team, providing guidance, support, and performance management to drive team success.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values while fostering collaboration and influencing stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’sdegree preferred with 3-5+ years of experience in business intelligence, dataanalytics, reporting, data integration, commercial real estate, or a relatedfield; equivalent experience considered.
- Commercialreal estate, facilities management, or integrated services industry experiencepreferred.
- Provenexperience leading teams, managing multiple priorities, and driving successfuloutcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strongtechnical expertise in SQL, relational databases, ETL/ELT processes, datamodeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI orTableau.
- Experienceintegrating, consolidating, and managing data from multiple enterpriseplatforms, with knowledge of APIs, automated data pipelines, cloud-basedanalytics environments, and data governance best practices.
- Familiaritywith AI-enabled reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools used toautomate processes and generate actionable insights.
- Abilityto develop executive-level dashboards, reporting solutions, and datavisualizations that translate complex information into meaningful businessinsights.
- Strongcustomer service mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships anddeliver a high level of support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-sufficientand highly motivated, with the ability to work independently, take ownership ofinitiatives, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- Excellentcommunication, collaboration, and requirements-gathering skills, with theability to partner effectively across IT, operations, finance, account teams,and client stakeholders.
- AdvancedMicrosoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptionalorganizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a strongattention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
- Mustbe authorized to work in the United States without current or futuresponsorship requirements.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Intelligence Manager position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence Manager Manager position is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
