Job description
As an Oracle Fusion Financials Technical Analyst, you will support, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement solutions. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, and technical teams to deliver integrations, reporting, system improvements, and production support while ensuring platform stability and successful quarterly Oracle releases., * Support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Procurement.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, MuleSoft, or related technologies.
- Build and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and SQL-based data solutions.
- Support procurement operations, including requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers, and approval workflows.
- Lead quarterly Oracle Cloud release reviews, impact assessments, testing, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor and maintain Oracle Fusion environments, ESS jobs, scheduled processes, and system configurations.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and work with Oracle Support to resolve issues and defects.
- Monitor Oracle release documentation, MOS updates, and known issues to proactively identify risks.
- Document root cause analyses (RCAs), integration designs, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and external partners to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP solutions.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, or similar middleware platforms.
- Experience developing BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and SQL-based reporting.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement processes and workflows.
- Experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, scheduled processes, ESS jobs, and Oracle Support SRs.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Procurement.
- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly cloud releases and upgrade testing.
- Experience working with managed service providers and cross-functional business teams.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, APIs, and application logs.
