We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Automotive Supply Logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the vision of our product, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive supply chain and logistics processes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and team members. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time. Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions and enhancements. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the automotive supply logistics sector. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates. Monitor product performance and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality. Mandatory Skills: Extensive knowledge of Automotive Supply Logistics, including supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar. Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations. Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to drive product decisions. Experience in working with international teams and understanding global supply chain dynamics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on automotive supply logistics. Relevant certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
