Technical Implementation Integration Lead

Avalon Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Technical Implementation Integration Lead to own end to end technical onboarding and integration for health plan and provider clients. This role designs, configures, and supports interfaces for medical record retrieval, chart review, and healthcare data management solutions. The Lead gathers technical requirements, oversees data mapping and API/HL7/FHIR integrations, coordinates testing and go live, and troubleshoots production issues. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal operations, and IT to ensure accurate, secure, and timely data exchange that supports risk adjustment, quality, and compliance., * Lead end-to-end technical implementation and integration projects for healthcare clients

• Gather and document technical and data requirements with payer and provider stakeholders
• Design and configure data flows, interfaces, and APIs for medical record retrieval and chart review
• Perform data mapping and transformation using healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7/FHIR)
• Plan and coordinate integration testing, validation, and go-live activities
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and client teams to optimize accuracy and throughput of data exchange
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and configuration records
• Ensure integrations meet security, privacy, and compliance standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to implementation and support team members
