Salesforce Service

Salesforce Service Cloud powers customer service (including warranty case management) and, together with Experience Cloud, a network of service partners. You’ll own the Service Cloud architecture, reporting to the Director of Applications, and work in a small architecture group alongside the Commerce Cloud and API & Integration architects.

What you’ll do

• Own the Service Cloud architecture and guide a development team of around 6 engineers.
• Define and enforce standards for Apex, Flow and LWC development.
• Design Omni-Channel and Case Management solutions.
• Help integrate Service Cloud with the wider Salesforce ecosystem (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud) through reusable APIs rather than point-to-point integrations.

• 5+ years as a CRM architect or consultant, with 2+ years on Salesforce Core Cloud focused on Service Cloud.
• Strong Omni-Channel and Case Management experience.
• A mindset of leadership, ownership and future-proof design.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Nice to have: Service Cloud Voice, Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud integration, and Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect.
