Job description
We’re looking for talented individuals to join our two-year Analyst Consultant Programme starting in September 2026. This is a structured development programme designed to give you real consulting experience, professional development and exposure to a wide range of specialist areas across our business.
From day one, you’ll be working on live projects, supporting client engagements and learning from experienced consultants and industry experts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting research and analysing information
- Supporting consultants with client projects and deliverables
- Preparing reports, presentations and recommendations
- Attending client and internal meetings
- Monitoring industry and regulatory developments
- Building your consulting, commercial and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
Do you have experience in Financial services?, We’re interested in potential as much as experience.
You may be a recent graduate or have gained some early career experience. Either way, you’ll be someone who is:
- Curious and eager to learn
- Analytical and naturally inquisitive
- A strong communicator
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in business, consulting and financial services
A strong academic background and excellent written communication skills are important, but above all we’re looking for people with the motivation and ambition to build a successful consulting career.
