Service Architect

• Lead and govern service design activities across the project lifecycle.
• Review and assess HLDs, UML models, compliance statements, processes, and procedures.
• Author and maintain service design documentation.
• Conduct service impact assessments and define mitigations.
• Support service transition, service readiness, and operational acceptance activities.
• Design future operating models and governance frameworks.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Security, Test, and Delivery teams to ensure service stability and supportability.

We are currently seeking an experienced DV Cleared Service Architect to support a high-profile programme within a secure environment. This role requires a strong background in Service Management, Service Design, and IT Architecture, with the ability to ensure solutions are operationally supportable and aligned to business requirements., * Active DV Clearance.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, and ITSM tooling.
• Experience with SIAM operating models.
• Understanding of PRINCE2, Agile, UML, and BPMN.
• Proven experience in service design, governance, and compliance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting service transition and operational readiness activities.
