Microsoft Dynamics Engineer

You’ll join a collaborative and well-established technology team focused on optimising and evolving the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The role offers the chance to work across the full software lifecycle from requirement gathering and design through to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support., * Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (primarily Finance & Operations)

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and enhancements
• Work closely with stakeholders across IT, finance, supply chain and commercial functions
• Monitor system performance and deliver ongoing improvements and bug fixes
• Integrate Dynamics with other business systems and third-party applications
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to deliver project milestones
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation processes

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally in a mid-to-senior technical role
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of data migration, system integration and solution architecture
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or CRM modules
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform technologies
