Data/Information Architect - Consultant - 1001 MK

We are seeking an experienced Data/Information Architect Consultant to support data analysis, database development, public-facing dashboards, and CRM solutions. The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze complex datasets, develop data-driven solutions, and improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with Tableau dashboard development, database design, CRM systems, and data analytics. The role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions., Analyze real estate, fleet, financial, and other business data to support organizational decision-making. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Tableau dashboards, including public-facing dashboards. Support and troubleshoot Tableau environments and resolve dashboard-related issues. Perform database development, design, and support using MS SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or similar platforms. Develop, maintain, and support CRM solutions using Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Utilize Excel, Power BI, Python, R, and SAS for data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions. Participate in the software development lifecycle using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps methodologies. Develop data strategies and architectural solutions to improve business processes and organizational efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and documentation for dashboards and data solutions. Translate complex technical concepts into clear information for technical and non-technical audiences. Identify opportunities to improve data management, reporting, and business intelligence processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and database solutions. Provide technical support and recommendations for data architecture and information management initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining Tableau dashboards. Working knowledge of database principles, database design, and data management. Experience with CRM development, implementation, or support. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications Strong experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Previous experience working as a Business Analyst. Experience documenting complex technical concepts, processes, and data solutions. Proficiency in Power BI, Python, R, SAS, and Excel. Experience with MS SQL Server and Azure Synapse. Knowledge of data architecture, database development, and data visualization. Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
