Data Information Architect

The consultant will work with business and technical stakeholders to analyze operational and financial data, develop public-facing dashboards, support CRM platforms, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve organizational efficiency. The assignment is expected to last 12 months with the possibility of extension. ADMIN 13888, * Develop, deploy, and support Tableau and other public-facing dashboards.

• Analyze real estate, fleet, financial, and operational data.
• Develop reports and insights using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, and SAS.
• Perform database development and support using Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or similar platforms.
• Support Tableau environments and associated dashboards. ADMIN 13888
• Develop and support CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
• Participate in SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps.
• Develop data-focused strategies that improve organizational efficiency.
• Create clear technical and functional documentation for dashboards, systems, and processes. ADMIN 13888

• Strong experience with Tableau development and deployment.
• Working knowledge of database principles, architecture, and design.
• Experience with CRM development and support.
• Strong data analysis and business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to explain and document complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences., * Tableau: 5 years (Required)
