IPG is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to apply advanced data science, statistics, and machine learning techniques to the development of bio-polymers and sustainable materials. The role will work closely with polymer scientists, chemists, and engineers to accelerate development cycles and improve material performance., * Apply advanced data science, statistical, and machine learning techniques to bio-polymer and sustainable materials development., * Collaborate across technical and scientific teams to support research and development objectives.

• Experience applying data science, statistics, and machine learning to complex technical or R&D problems.

• Experience working with experimental and/or process data.

• Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE).

• Ability to develop or support scalable analytics solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with scientists and engineers.

• Ability to apply analytical methods to support material development and performance improvement.
