- Influence design, drive engineering implementation and enhance the quality of new and existing technologies
- Lead collaboration with multi-functional teams to achieve successful product outcomes
- Utilize your specialized expertise to mentor, educate, and up-level engineers you collaborate with across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

- 6+ years of software development experience in industry settings or a PhD with 4+ years of experience
- Experience with C++ and/or C
- Experience in communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, collaborators, and clients at different levels, * Experience building engine-level systems (e.g., Rendering, Collision, Physics, Input Processing, Audio, Animation, Networking, etc.) for 3D real-time interactive engines (Unity 3D, Unreal, Frostbite, or other/proprietary)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

- Experience building for multiple hardware platforms (e.g., PC, Console, MR/VR, Cloud, mobile)
- In-depth understanding of 3D math, linear algebra, and physics
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience with performance optimization of real-time applications (CPU, GPU, Memory, etc.)
