Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT projects or enterprise systems
5+ years of experience analyzing system integrations and data flows between applications
5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business functional requirements
5+ years of experience facilitating meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders
5+ years of experience with system integrations, APIs, and data exchange between enterprise systems, * Experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO)
Experience working on enterprise IT systems implementations or modernization efforts
Experience using process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar

Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
