AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior GenAI & MLOps Engineer to join our client’s team to help fulfill their growing Generative AI use-case backlog. In this role, you will be a key driver of the GenAI use-case funnel. You will provide strategic assistance and architectural advice on business proposals during their early stages, lead the design and implementation of solutions in later stages, and ensure seamless operational handovers. If you are passionate about putting cutting-edge AI models into stable, production-grade systems, we would love to hear from you., As a Senior GenAI & MLOps Engineer, you are responsible for bridging the gap between advanced machine learning concepts and robust software engineering. You will own the technical direction of the GenAI initiatives, making sure they are scalable, secure, and deliver real business value.

You will:

• Act as a technical advisor during early-stage business ideation, assessing the viability of GenAI initiatives.
• Design and implement end-to-end GenAI application architectures and pipelines.
• Develop robust, clean, and highly maintainable Python codebases.
• Deploy, operate, and monitor AI applications, integrating modern MLOps best practices.
• Lead high-level design decisions and align technical strategies with business goals.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, translating complex AI concepts for non-technical business partners., * Design and build applications leveraging modern GenAI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and Azure AI services.
• Ensure code quality by championing clean code principles, unit testing, and design patterns.
• Build CI/CD and MLOps pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment of machine learning assets.
• Facilitate the final stages of the project lifecycle by coordinating and executing thorough operational handovers., You are a senior-level technical professional who thrives on autonomy and technical leadership. You are not just a developer, but a collaborative partner who can discuss business proposals with non-technical stakeholders and then turn those discussions into production-ready software.

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Extensive Python coding experience with a strong software engineering foundation (clean code, design patterns, testing).

• Deep experience developing and operating machine learning/artificial intelligence applications in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM frameworks and orchestrators (e.g., LangChain or equivalent toolchains).
• Strong working experience with Cloud AI services, particularly Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning).
• Proven track record of taking the lead on critical system design and architectural decisions., * Expertise level: Senior/High-level, with plenty of relevant, practical experience in AI and MLOps engineering.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental AI and Machine Learning concepts, specifically Generative AI application design.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solution-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to lead other developers and align project members.
