UI/UX Designer

You will work across the full design process-from initial discovery through rapid prototyping, testing, and delivery-translating complex product capabilities and AI workflows into clear, intuitive storytelling assets. This role sits at the intersection of UI/UX design, content strategy, and sales enablement, offering the opportunity to shape how product capabilities are demonstrated at scale in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment., The Solutions Center of Excellence team is seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, high-quality demo experiences that enable Solutions Engineers and Sales teams to effectively communicate product value. In this role, you will partner with a global team supporting 7,000+ Solutions Engineers and Builders across the US, Europe, India, and Latin America.

You will work across the full design process-from initial discovery through rapid prototyping, testing, and delivery-translating complex product capabilities and AI workflows into clear, intuitive storytelling assets. Having a wide ranging design skillset is important, as the role blends content design and UI/UX design acumen.

Core Responsibilities

• Design & Execution
• Design high-quality interactive demo experiences and self-service assets that help Solutions Engineers tell compelling product stories.
• Translate complex product capabilities, business logic, and human + AI workflows into clean UI designs, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes.
• Create polished UI designs aligned with design systems and product standards.
• Apply design thinking for additional visual assets as needed, including executive presentations and Slack Canvases.
• Deliver effective communication design that combines creative media, storytelling, and business strategy to convey clear messages to target audiences across multiple channels
• User-Centered Design & Research
• Leverage usage data, internal feedback, and insights from Solutions Engineers and Product Partners to inform design iterations.
• Champion usability, accessibility (WCAG standards), and intuitive user journeys across all assignments.
• Prototype and test concepts rapidly to resolve ambiguity, validate flows, and continuously refine experiences based on real-world usage.
• Collaboration & Delivery
• Partner closely with Experience Strategists, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and high implementation quality.
• Provide clear design handoff documentation, specs, and UX copy recommendations to streamline technical execution.
• Present design concepts and rationales confidently to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Refine copy and make suggested to improve deliverability to target users
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced environments

• 2-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, interactive prototyping, and polished visual UI.
• Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, design system alignment, and interactive prototyping.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with developers, product managers, and business strategists in fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, human + AI interaction, and agentic workflows.

Preferred Experience

• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Runway) within your daily workflow or creative process.
• Strong UX writing & product storytelling skills-framing technical capabilities into narrative-driven scenarios aligned with specific buyer personas.
• Motion design or video editing capabilities using Adobe After Effects or Premiere to bring interactive demos to life.
• Knowledge of UX writing & product storytelling, such as framing technical features into narrative-driven demo scenarios aligned with specific buyer personas and industry pain points.
• Familiarity creating email marketing campaigns which could include writing effective subject lines, A/B testing, designing and coding of emails.
• Experience using the Salesforce platform.
• Industry exposure to core enterprise verticals (e.g., Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Tech, Manufacturing).
