Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central who combines business insight with technology expertise and enjoys guiding clients throughout their ERP journey. Together with your colleagues, you will work on challenging projects for a diverse portfolio of clients and help organizations unlock the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. What will you be doing?: As a Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ERP projects. From the initial analysis to implementation and optimization, you will support clients in transforming their business processes and maximizing the value of their technology investments. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the design, implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Analyzing client needs and translating business requirements into efficient and sustainable ERP solutions.
• Guiding clients through digital transformation projects and supporting process optimization initiatives.
• Conducting system assessments and advising on improvements, upgrades and future enhancements.
• Supporting and coaching junior team members while sharing your expertise and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Staying up to date with the latest developments within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

• A Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Commercial Sciences, IT or another relevant field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting firm
• Proven track record of delivering successful ERP projects in consulting environments OR experience in accounting and willing to learn ERP Implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Professional fluency in Dutch or French, combined with a good command of English.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
