SAP S/4HANA Advisory QM Consultant

We are partnered with a leading SAP consultancy with a strong UK foundation and growing European presence, seeking a Principal or Senior Principal-level SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join their advisory practice.

This is a high-impact role focused on delivering strategic SAP S/4HANA transformations across complex, enterprise-scale environments. You will play a key role in shaping solution design, advising senior stakeholders, and driving full lifecycle programme delivery across the QM workstream.

The Role

• Lead SAP S/4HANA QM advisory and delivery across full project lifecycles
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose system design specifications
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making at programme and board level
• Support pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal development activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, and quality domains
• Contribute to thought leadership and capability development within the SAP practice

Responsibilities

As the SAP S/4HANA Advisory QM Consultant you will be:

-Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in area of Quality Management

-Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices

-Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops

-Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures

-Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members

As the SAP S/4HANA Advisory QM Consultant you will have the following skills:

-Strong functional expertise in Quality Management with a deep understanding of integration points (e.g. MM, PP, EWM)

-Background in a consulting environment with demonstrable stakeholder management at senior levels

-Ability to translate business challenges into technical and functional solution design

-Strong communication skills with experience working across UK and European clients, Proven experience delivering SAP QM solutions across multiple full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, SAP S/4HANA certification(s)
