SAP Functional Consultant - Quality Management (QM)

We are seeking a Senior SAP QM Functional Consultant to support an ECC to S/4HANA conversion project. This role contributes across all project phases-from discovery through hypercare-and requires proven S/4HANA migration experience and deep knowledge of Quality Management processes and SAP QM simplifications, including changes to inspection lot processing, quality notifications, and integration with the S/4HANA quality architecture.

• Bachelor’’'’s degree or equivalent.

• 7+ years hands-on SAP QM functional consulting experience.

• Minimum 2 full-lifecycle ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects in a lead QM role.

• Deep knowledge of SAP QM processes: inspection planning, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications, quality certificates, and vendor evaluation.

• Familiarity with S/4HANA QM simplification items and integration changes impacting inspection lot processing and batch management.

• Experience with QM master data migration (inspection plans, master inspection characteristics) using SAP Migration Cockpit or LSMW.

• Strong understanding of QM integration with MM, PP, SD, and PM.

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

• Proficiency writing functional specifications; ability to collaborate with ABAP developers on RICEFW objects.

• Strong communication skills; ability to engage quality and compliance stakeholders on process change impacts.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (current version preferred).

• Experience with regulated industries (pharma, food & beverage, medical devices) and GxP or FDA compliance considerations in SAP QM.

• Familiarity with SAP Digital Manufacturing (formerly ME/MII) integration with QM.

• Experience with SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) integration.

• Prior consulting experience in a project delivery model with a system integrator.
