Job description

Job Mission As Data Specialist you are responsible for up-to-date data & management information and it’s supporting processes to support Data Quality improvements for ASML’s Supply Chain. You will support the operational Data Governance Boards in reaching KPI’s, provide standard and “ad hoc” data analysis and drive for improvements. An operational Data Governance Board is a multidisciplinary team with data key users across different business processes. ASML strives to become ‘best-in-class’ in Operational Excellence. Data Governance Board supports business to achieve this by having efficient processes. Business Process Owners at ASML own the data and achieve timely, consistent, accurate and complete data both during creation and maintenance., o You will define, create & maintain data checks o You will create & prepare data quality reporting o You will perform root cause analyses and define data improvement initiatives o You will prepare & perform mass update & cleansing requests from relevant stakeholders o You will support relevant stakeholders with “ad hoc” data requests o You will support data improvement initiatives executed by relevant stakeholders o You will participate in & perform actions initiated by Data Governance Boards o You will create incidents on data tooling at IT & support solving them o You will perform user acceptance testing on new released data tooling by IT & support implementing this at relevant stakeholders o You will create & maintain work instructions & procedures o You will provide training for data key users, if needed, You will be part of the team MRP (Material Requirements Planning) & Master Data Management (MDM). The MRP & MDM team manages global product related data, enabling ASML to achieve high data quality leading to operational excellence by supporting time to profitability. It manages data governance boards for ASML’s Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Finance and Procurement departments.

Requirements

Bachelor degree, o 2 - 3 years relevant and proven experience o Excellent professional communication in English o Experience in (master) data management and/or Excel/Access and/or SAP applications is a pre.Personal skills-Result driven o Good communication skills o Hands on mentality o Analytical o Pro-active attitude, drive for improvement o Stress resistant, Education Level: Undergraduate (Bachelors) Experience: 0 - 2 years 2 - 5 years Languages spoken: English Job Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands
