Data Analyst

Extron is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background in statistics, mathematics, data science, or economics and be capable of transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business and technical decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work with engineering, operations, and management teams to develop data models, automate reporting processes, and improve organizational performance through data analysis., * Collect, organize, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and operational objectives.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Design and maintain databases, data models, and reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel and Access-based applications, including VBA macros and automation solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, information systems, business or similar.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in SQL required, experience working within SQL servers and Avante.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Salary Range: $72,000 to $75,000. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
