Software Release Project Manager

We offer you a seat at the top of the software product development, from which you will oversee and control the integration, system qualification and releasing of our software. Job Mission Deliver the software release plan, managing the content and quality standards, with all projects delivering. Lead by example and set the standard by acting as the first internal customer. Secure your projects deliverables with your team, which will integrate, qualify and release the software deliveries. Support our customers and local offices all over the world in their request for releasing containments and solutions. Report out and advice the product program team with the integration status, roll-out status, risks and opportunities., o Create and manage the software integration PERT and align with all stakeholders as in the contributing software Project Leaders, System Integration Project Leaders, members of local office, customer account teams, marketing and product/program team. o Manage your team with together with the Team Leader, the Software Product Architect, the Product Test Architect, Software Integrators, Test Engineers, Configuration Engineers and the external contributing parties. The typical team size is between 15 to 20 people, and indirectly manage delivering software projects (up to 300 FTEs). o Actively support the quality assurance program to raise the quality of the software release and seek for new opportunities. o Contribute to the Project Manager competence activities within the Project Managers group of Test & Integration.

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Embedded Systems or equivalent experience., 5+ years of experience as Project Leader within a high-tech, enterprise environment. Personal skills Communicative, extrovert, leader, setting targets, interfacing on all levels (VP/DM/PCM/PDM/GL/Architect/software developer) Context of the position Within ASML, the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for the specification, design and engineering of the ASML products. Within D&E, the Software Cluster is concerned with the design, development, testing and integration of the complete software package which drives a generation of ASML products, within the SW Cluster, the department SW Test and Integration DUV and EUV scanners (SW DE TI) is responsible for the test, integration and releasing of newly developed scanner software., Education Level: Undergraduate (Bachelors) Experience: 10 - 15 years 5 - 10 Years > 15 years Languages spoken: English Job Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands
