Forward Deployed Engineer

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of AI innovation as a Forward Deployed Engineer. In this full-time United States-based position, you’ll embed directly with enterprise customers, transforming complex workflows into high-impact AI agents. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about hands-on delivery, problem-solving, and seeing their work drive real business value. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer success, taking AI solutions from concept to live production., Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand and map their real-world processes, including exceptions and edge cases.

• Deploy proprietary observation software to capture operational workflows and translate them into actionable agent specifications.
• Author, validate, and refine AI agent operating procedures, decision logic, and escalation paths using real-life scenarios before development.
• Build, integrate, and configure AI agents, ensuring seamless connections with enterprise systems and robust human-in-the-loop governance.
• Lead calibration, user acceptance testing, and shadow-mode validation, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
• Implement monitoring to measure and report the business impact delivered by the deployed agents.

7+ years in data, software, ML engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one major cloud platform.
• Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or delivering data/ML products into production environments or advanced prototypes.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for direct customer interaction.
• Strong pragmatic, outcome-driven approach focused on evidence-based decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Background in process intelligence, process mining, RPA, or workflow automation.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
