Job description
Join our dynamic engineering team as a System Integration/Test Engineer in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will play a critical part in planning, implementing, testing, and maintaining integrated systems, working with both in-house and COTS/GOTS components. This position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities for career advancement in a supportive work environment., Develop, implement, and maintain integration and testing solutions for complex systems and subsystems.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable system test solutions that meet technical, schedule, and budgetary constraints.
- Define functional and technical specifications and resolve hardware/software interface issues.
- Create, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Coordinate system and subsystem testing with internal teams and external partners.
- Analyze test results, prepare evaluation reports, and validate system performance.
- Document discrepancies and perform regression testing to ensure software and hardware fixes are effective.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting on cables and circuit cards using instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Proven track record in integration and verification of test equipment.
- Proficient in software/code development and updates in test-focused languages, especially NI products (TestStand, LabView).
- Skilled in reading, writing, and developing wiring diagrams, equipment drawings, and test documentation.
- Total of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

- Advanced knowledge of hardware/software interface troubleshooting.
- Experience with system-level evaluation reporting.
- Familiarity with COTS/GOTS integration best practices.
- Exposure to automated testing environments.
