Job description

Join our dynamic team in Grand Prairie, TX as an Engineering - System Integration/Test Engineer supporting IAMD development. You will play a pivotal role in integrating and testing cutting-edge in-house and COTS/GOTS systems to deliver robust defense solutions. This position offers the opportunity to lead challenging projects, collaborate with top-tier experts, and advance your career in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment., Plan, implement, document, and maintain integration and testing solutions for diverse system components and subsystems.

  • Transform customer requirements into actionable and efficient system test strategies.
  • Develop, review, and refine functional and technical specifications and standards.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software interface issues and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and execute subsystem and system-level testing across multiple teams.
  • Analyze results, prepare detailed evaluation reports, and verify/validate system performance.
  • Document discrepancies, perform regression testing, and validate the implementation of fixes.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years’ experience in electrical design, integration, and test, including DVT testing.

  • Proficient in advanced test plan development, execution, and reporting for stakeholder reviews.
  • Strong background in physics, electronic testing, and requirements verification/validation.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize requirements and deliver test solutions under technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

[Preferred Skills]

  • Experience with in-house and COTS/GOTS system integration.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with defense or aerospace industry standards.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related discipline.
