Java Developer - Full Stack (Java/React)

Build event-driven integrations and real-time processing solutions using Apache Kafka.
Create and enhance responsive, performant web applications with React and Next.js.
Design and consume RESTful APIs to power seamless frontend-backend interactions.
Partner with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver innovative, high-quality software.
Contribute to architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Develop reusable components and services, adhering to engineering best practices.
Support all phases of testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
Work independently in an Agile environment, continuously improving development processes.

Requirements

5+ years full stack development in enterprise environments.

Advanced proficiency: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Apache Kafka.
Strong frontend experience: React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript.
Proven ability to build and support enterprise-scale, customer-facing applications.
Deep understanding of distributed systems and API integrations.
Agile development experience; excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver results independently.

[Preferred Skills]

Retail or eCommerce project experience.
Node.js, GraphQL, React Native familiarity.
Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline exposure.
Background supporting high-traffic production environments., Java Spring Kafka react
