Java Developer - Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable, production-ready AI-powered services leveraging Generative AI and LLMs.
• Serve as a core backend engineer within the GenAI technology stack.
• Deliver solutions focused on measurable outcomes and real-world business impact.
• Apply a product-oriented mindset, understanding and articulating business cases for technical decisions.
• Conduct rigorous unit and functional testing to uphold code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

• Demonstrated proficiency in unit and functional testing.
• Exposure to AI coding and implementation.
• Ability to work onsite in Bentonville, AR, 4 days per week (with initial relocation flexibility).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Full-stack development experience, especially with React.
