Firmware Engineering Manager

Everpure, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager, Firmware to lead the design and development of embedded firmware powering modern data and analytics platforms. You will guide a small team of firmware and embedded engineers, define architecture, drive coding standards, and ensure high-quality, reliable releases. Partner closely with cloud, data, and product teams to integrate edge devices with scalable data and AI solutions. You’ll mentor engineers, manage delivery roadmaps, and champion best practices in testing, security, and performance within a collaborative, learning-focused culture., * Lead and mentor a team of firmware and embedded engineers delivering production-quality firmware

• Define firmware architecture, coding standards, and best practices for embedded systems
• Collaborate with hardware, cloud, and data teams to integrate devices with analytics and AI platforms
• Oversee firmware release planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery roadmaps
• Ensure rigorous testing, debugging, and performance tuning across devices and environments
• Implement secure, maintainable firmware including boot, updates, and diagnostics
• Review designs and code to uphold quality, reliability, and security standards
• Partner with product and client teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Promote a collaborative, learning-focused engineering culture aligned with Everpure values
• Track and report on team progress, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives
