Job description

Everpure, Inc. seeks a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead design and development of reliable compute, networking, and storage hardware that supports our cloud data and AI platforms. You will manage a small team of hardware and systems engineers, driving architecture, schematics, board bring-up, validation, and integration with software and data infrastructure. Partner with data engineering and IT teams to ensure performance, scalability, and security requirements are met. You’ll define standards, mentor engineers, oversee vendors, and guide projects from concept through deployment in a collaborative, learning-focused culture with flexible work options., * Lead and mentor a team of hardware and systems engineers delivering server and networking platforms for data and AI workloads.

  • Own hardware architecture, schematic design, PCB layout review, and board bring-up for new platforms.
  • Plan and oversee validation, testing, and reliability qualification for production-ready hardware.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and software teams to ensure hardware meets performance and scalability needs.
  • Manage roadmaps, project plans, and priorities, balancing innovation with delivery timelines.
  • Select and manage hardware vendors, OEMs, and component suppliers, ensuring quality and cost targets are met.
  • Define hardware standards, documentation, and best practices across the engineering organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tooling, and automation for hardware development.
