Salesforce Application Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of 10-12 internal and professional services Salesforce developers, providing hands-on mentorship and leadership
• Conduct code reviews and participate in hands-on application development (10-20%)
• Oversee integration strategies, data flows, and configuration, including work with APIs and Mulesoft
• Monitor platform performance to ensure system stability and health
• Collaborate with security teams to assess risks and maintain secure configurations
• Engage in architecture discussions and contribute to the organization’s 5-year platform strategy
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics that align with business goals
• Lead agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness
• Champion the integration of AI and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

• 7+ years in technology environments delivering complex products
• 5+ years managing SaaS platform capabilities with an emphasis on stability and performance
• 5+ years building product roadmaps, writing user stories, and refining backlogs
• 5+ years leveraging analytics for product planning and optimization
• 5+ years collaborating with design and engineering teams for customer-facing features
• 3+ years working with Salesforce Platform, including architecture, data models, and standard features
• Experience with data integrations, APIs, and configuration within enterprise systems

Preferred Skills

• Mulesoft integration experience
• Familiarity with Conga CLM
• Applied experience with AI and automation in enterprise applications, Salesforce - Integration Experience - Mulesoft a plus Read the JD
