Job description
Join ECS as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer supporting a high-impact IT Services program for a major client in New York City. This is a remote, contract-to-hire position designed for a driven, experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a vital team member, you will architect, develop, and maintain advanced CRM applications using the latest Microsoft technologies. You’ll be solving complex challenges, directly influencing key business outcomes, and advancing your career with continuous learning opportunities., Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform
- Customize and configure CRM applications to align with client requirements and industry best practices
- Build and maintain Dataverse tables, Power Automate Flows, and data-driven dashboards
- Develop, test, and deploy custom plugins, business rules, and portal components (including Power Apps Portals and ADX Portals)
- Integrate applications using Azure services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions) and third-party middleware (KingswaySoft, Scribe, REST API, ODATA, SSIS)
- Implement authentication, MFA, and authorization using Azure AD and Azure B2C
- Ensure solutions adhere to architectural standards, compliance requirements, and quality best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular updates
- Drive continuous integration and deployment using Azure DevOps
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant certifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK
- Demonstrated experience in component integration, SDLC, gap analysis, and software reutilization
- Proficiency in developing custom plugins, business process flows, and portal solutions
- Ability to independently deliver comprehensive, thoroughly tested Dynamics components
- Experience supporting government projects
- Flexible to work Eastern Time Zone hours and attend prompt scheduled meetings
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Relevant Microsoft and/or Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified Professional, Dynamics 365)
- Experience with agency and government compliance standards
- Proactive in updating standards to reflect industry best practices, Hands on development experience with extensive exposure to Dynamics components not a junior resource or delivery managerPractice with thorough/comprehensive testingAble to independently create plugins and components and to work with portalsComfortable developing without AI supportGovernment experienceAvailable to work Eastern Time ZoneBe prompt for scheduled meetings
