Job description

Join a dynamic IT Delivery Hub where your expertise will drive innovative solutions and modern frameworks for complex business challenges. As a Software Engineer II, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies, collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact applications. This is a contract to hire opportunity that transitions to a permanent role after six months for eligible candidates., Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable applications leveraging Angular 16+ (TypeScript), Java Spring Boot, and AWS

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and craft technology solutions that add value
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle
Ensure application availability, resilience, and scalability through best practices in architecture and coding
Mentor and support junior engineers while continuously expanding your own technical expertise
Engage with internal and external tech communities to drive experimentation and knowledge sharing
Stay updated on emerging technologies to facilitate continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of software engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with Angular 16+ (TypeScript), Java Spring Boot, and AWS
Proven ability to develop, test, and maintain applications in an Agile environment
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future)
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
Experience with REST API development, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), NoSQL/SQL databases, and open-source frameworks
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
