Job description

Tony’s is on a fast growth journey, with an expanding global reach. That comes with new levels of complexity in how we work together, how our systems connect, and how we enable teams to do their best work. This role sits right at the heart of that evolution.

You will lead the delivery of multiple IT projects that help us scale in a smart, structured, and enjoyable way. Some projects are smaller improvements, others are larger transformations like the current HubSpot implementation and migration, a project that will run for roughly a year and touches multiple teams across the business.

In this role, you bring people together. You work across Sales, E-commerce, Quality, Customer Fan Care (CFC), and IT, aligning different perspectives, priorities, and ways of working. You help teams move forward together, even when things are complex or opinions differ. You turn ideas and ambitions into clear plans, create structure where needed, and make sure everyone understands what needs to happen and why. At the same time, you keep things practical and human, ensuring changes actually land well in the business and improve the day-to-day experience for our teams.

You will not only drive delivery, you also help us improve how we deliver. That means building stronger ways of working, creating better visibility, and making collaboration smoother and more fun as we grow. In short, you make sure we deliver the right things, in the right way, together.

All wrapped up

  • Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from planning to stable go-live and adoption
  • Lead the HubSpot implementation and ensure strong alignment across teams
  • Run multiple projects in parallel with clear scope, timelines and priorities
  • Translate business needs into structured plans, governance and decision-making
  • Coordinate internal teams and partners while actively managing risks and dependencies
  • Ensure smooth testing, releases and predictable delivery with fewer surprises
  • Drive adoption and make sure projects deliver real business value
  • Apply and strengthen Tony’s project management framework and tooling
  • You’re part of the IT team and report into the Head of IT.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end IT projects, including go-live and post-launch support

  • Experience with CRM implementations such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align different interests
  • Experience working in complex environments with multiple teams and priorities
  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including integrations, testing and data flows
  • Experience working with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
  • Strong planning and governance capabilities, including scope and risk management
  • Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana or Monday
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bring clarity and drive decisions
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to operate independently and take ownership
  • We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the Amsterdam office on average 3 days a week. More is fine too!
  • You raise the bar: challenge yourself and team Tony’s to increase our ambition and to accomplish our mission. Making mistakes along the way and learning from them.
  • Believe wholeheartedly in Tony’s purpose. You live our core values: Outspoken, Entrepreneurial, In It Together, Raise the Bar and Makes you Smile.

About the company

At Tony’s you will get the opportunity to be part of something extraordinary; first and foremost, by making real impact in the world but also enjoying the nice benefits we provide as you help us succeed. We’re dedicated to enabling all Tonys to grow and develop their careers and therefore we offer training programs, regular feedback cycles, coaching and a generous L&D budget.

We also offer a wide range of additional benefits, including a luxurious vegetarian lunch, company bonus, minimum of 28 holidays, inspirational team updates, unforgettable events and unlimited chocolate. But we also know chocolate won’t cover the bills, so we’ve made sure your salary is just as rewarding, for this role that means a salary between EUR 65-81k on a yearly basis, including holiday pay.

Our preferred setup is a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extension thereafter. We are open to discussing either a contractor/consultant arrangement (via an agency) or a freelance setup, provided there is consideration for transitioning into a permanent role at the end of the assignment.

Sounds like you?

Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? Look no further. If you’re ready to take the chocolate industry to new heights with us, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your direct application. We can’t wait to hear from you.

At Tony’s we are convinced that diversity of thought, background and perspectives will make us stronger. Our mission is founded on principles of equity and justice, and we are actively seeking candidates who bring new perspectives and life experiences, especially from underrepresented groups. We look forward to your application.
