More:
We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to take ownership of the technology behind a busy, growing business. This is not a people-management role; instead, you will be our internal technical lead, working independently across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networks, security and support while also supporting client site installations. The role offers genuine ownership, visible day-to-day impact, variety across modern technology including Ubiquiti networking equipment and Microsoft 365, and the opportunity to lead upgrades, migrations and practical improvement projects. We offer full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to support occasional client installations or critical work outside standard hours.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience across infrastructure, systems administration, networking and technical support.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
- Practical experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity problems independently.
- Experience with areas such as Ubiquiti equipment, cybersecurity controls, backups, access management, system upgrades or migrations would be valuable.
- A full UK driving licence.
- The ability to communicate technical recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
