Scrum Master

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive attitude with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Familiarity with software development and delivery environments.
• Experience working within cross-functional technology teams is a nice to have.
• Technical Understanding
• A deep technical background is not required, but the candidate should have a working understanding of: Software releases and deployment processes, testing activities, Incident and problem management processes.

What do we expect from you?

• 3 years in Scrum Framework & Agile Delivery, Agile Ceremonies Facilitation, Stakeholder Management, Impediment & Dependency Management
• 3+ años
• Fluent in English.

Work location: Madrid Work mode: Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH)

Languages:

• English C1, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Problem Management
