- Leading backlog refinement, sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
- Supporting user testing and continuous improvement activities to optimise product performance and user experience.
- Making data-driven decisions to guide priorities, measure success and identify opportunities.
We’re interested in hearing from Product Owners who have experience operating within large, complex organisations and are comfortable balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.

- Strong backlog management and user story writing skills.
- The ability to gather business requirements and translate them into product solutions.
- Good understanding of data, analytics and using insights to shape decisions.
- Experience working with technical teams, architecture teams and external suppliers.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Experience of user testing, customer research and product analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Confidence working in complex delivery environments with multiple dependencies.
- Experience of Agile at scale or SAFe.
- Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Miro or similar collaboration and analytics platforms.
- Experience supporting technology transformation, migrations or platform modernisation programmes.
- Understanding of AI tools and how they can support product delivery and decision making.
- Product experience in operational, logistics, customer service, utilities, telecoms or similarly complex environments.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping digital products within a large-scale organisation undergoing significant transformation. You’ll work with experienced product, engineering and delivery teams, influence strategic priorities, and see the direct impact of your work on customers and operational performance.
