(Senior) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Support Engineer (m/f/d) - CyberArkJoin our Managed Services team as a (Senior) PAM Operations Engineer (m/f/d) - CyberArk - either on-site/hybrid at our locations in Essen, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Munich, Oberhaching, or Stuttgart, or flexibly remote in Germany.Your Responsibilities:Administer, operate, and troubleshoot CyberArk environments (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM). Manage privileged accounts, platforms, and target system onboarding. Handle incidents, service requests, proactive issue resolution, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and third-party teams on integrations. Support patching, upgrades, and new CyberArk implementations. Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and maintain technical documentation. Your Experience:Several years of hands-on CyberArk experience with strong knowledge of PVWA, CPM, and PSM. Experience in Windows and Linux environments. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and log analysis skills. Background in IT operations; ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Independent and proactive working style with a strong service and customer focus. German at C1 level is mandatory; English skills are an advantage.
