Social Media Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \n

• 3-5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content execution roles. \n

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices. \n

• Experience creating and publishing content across multiple social channels. \n

• Familiarity with social media management and reporting tools. \n

• Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve execution. \n

• Exposure to AI-enabled tools for research, content support, or reporting is a plus. \n

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards supporting campaigns, launches, and ongoing social performance. \n

• Track and summarize key performance indicators across platforms. \n

• Support analysis of performance data and provide input into optimization recommendations. \n

• Ensure reporting outputs are clear, accurate, and aligned with business needs. \n

Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Monitor emerging platforms, content formats, and social media trends. \n

• Support testing and experimentation with new formats and ideas where appropriate. \n

• Collaborate with PR on LinkedIn content execution and support alignment with broader communication strategies. \n

• Partner with internal teams to support evolving social media initiatives over time. \n

Pay Range

• $68k - $85k per year. \n
