Job description

Strategy & Campaign Development:

  • Plan and execute 12+ campaigns annually across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Content Creation & Publishing:

  • Create compelling graphics, short-form videos, and written content tailored to each platform.
  • Utilize design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and video editing software to enhance storytelling.
  • Implement A/B testing and social listening to optimize creative approaches.

Influencer & Community Engagement:

  • Support influencer sourcing and coordination for mid-tier campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, manage community conversations, and foster audience growth.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions).
  • Deliver reporting dashboards and campaign post-mortems to refine strategies.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Buffer, and native platform analytics.

Collaboration:

  • Work with PR, email, and creative teams to ensure social efforts align with integrated campaigns.
  • Support senior team members with innovation, including AI-assisted workflows and trend spotting.
  • Support Tier 1-Tier 3 client campaigns, aligning social strategy with overall marketing goals.
  • Develop packaging and syndication approaches to maximize reach across channels., * Deliver campaigns on time with 95% client approval on first iteration.
  • Support influencer activation in 2+ campaigns annually.
  • Maintain 90-95% client satisfaction benchmarks across T2 and T3 accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute social media campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong creative skills: graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, VEED, or similar), and copywriting.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads and paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and/or other reporting dashboards.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail (proofreading required).
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI-powered content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Neuron Writer) and influencer coordination.
