Business Systems Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing key business systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure systems continue to meet operational requirements.

The role will involve business analysis, systems support, configuration, testing, reporting and ongoing system improvement activities., * Gather, analyse and document business requirements.

• Work with business stakeholders to identify system improvements and enhancements.
• Support, maintain and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Assist with the implementation and delivery of system changes and enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data.
• Support system integrations and assess the impact of upstream and downstream system changes.
• Produce and maintain functional and process documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to system users.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party suppliers where required., * Experience supporting one or more of the followingSuccessFactors modules:

• Previous experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst or similar., * Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting business applications and system enhancements.
• Experience with system testing and defect resolution.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with data management and system administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Intapp.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related discipline.
