job summary: Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)

Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments

Proven track record delivering large-scale or enterprise initiatives

Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training

Dashboarding and executive-level delivery reporting

Technical & Domain Knowledgea

Broad technical background supporting:

Infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud and AI technologies

Niche technologies (e.g., Automation, Terraform, network, hosting, mainframe)

Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments

Ability to manage and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple teams
