Lead Data Scientist

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs, ensuring their integration into production systems.
• Oversee the entire data science project lifecycle, from model conception to deployment and continuous monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data science projects with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and refine existing models to enhance their predictive accuracy and applicability to healthcare datasets.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Lead Data Scientist to steer our advanced data science initiatives, particularly in the healthcare sector. This role demands not only a deep understanding of data science principles but also a proven track record in deploying Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in a production environment., * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related STEM field; Master’s Degree preferred.

• Minimum of seven years of experience in data science, with a significant focus on healthcare data.
