• ASP.NET, We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking professional services organization seeking a Lead Engineer / Lead Developer to help advance our technology. You will work across modern engineering, cloud technologies, and digital delivery, collaborating with Product, Architecture, and wider technical groups to solve real problems and build with purpose. The role is mainly remote, with occasional visits to our Leeds office when needed and light travel to other offices. Salary is dependent on experience.

• We require strong skills in C#, the .NET platform, Python, Azure PaaS (including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, and ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint, and React.
• We seek AI-native engineering judgment, including experience building on AI platforms, using AI-enabled tools, and taking experiments through to production-grade operational solutions.
• We require a good understanding of Azure DevOps processes and an in-depth understanding of Azure Resource Management.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude is welcome.
