We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking professional services organization undertaking a technology transformation. The role works across modern engineering, cloud technologies, and digital delivery, in collaboration with Product, Architecture, and wider technical groups. It is mainly remote, with visits to our Manchester office when needed and occasional light travel to other offices. Salary is dependent on experience.

• Experience as a hands-on full-stack Lead Engineer or Lead Developer, with the ability to lead people, set standards, and deliver outcomes
• Skills in C#, the .NET platform, Python, Azure PaaS (including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, and ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint, and React
• Fluency in AI-native engineering, including building on AI platforms, using AI-enabled tools, and taking experiments through to production-grade solutions
• Good understanding of Azure DevOps processes and in-depth understanding of Azure Resource Management
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude is welcome
